Fabric Warehouse

Where it all began is at our fabric warehouse. where all of our fabrics are kept, examined, confirmed, tagged, and wrapped. CV Harapan Sukses Bersama employs a 4-point system, a method of fabric inspection recognized by both the American Apparel Manufacturers Association and the American Society for Quality Control (ASQC) (AAMA).

Patern Making and Grading

Making a pattern is the process of drawing a design for a sewing project. Patterns are used as a reference to help cut fabric to the measurements required for sewing. A pattern will help decide the type of fit that will be employed as well as how to best utilize the characteristics of each type of fabric.

The process of creating and determining sizing for a product, often known as pattern grading, follows next. This method seeks to properly modify a template to fit multiple clothing sizes without altering the product’s overall shape.

We also use cutting-edge CAD systems created by Optitex for the creation of patterns using 2D and 3D software.

Cutting

CV Harapan Sukses Bersamai has integrated an automatic cutter for the fabric cutting process. As a result, the operation of cutting the fabric will be completed as quickly and precisely as possible. The output of our cutting components will rise as productivity and workflow improve.

Sewing

CV Harapan Sukses Bersama utilizes an advanced hanger system to improve production efficiency and stock management effectiveness. We use Automatic Front Placket Machines for the placket making process and Flat Seam Machines in the sewing process to produce more consistent seams on complex fabrics and using Automatic Pocket Welting Machine for pocket sewing process on the product quickly and in large quantity.

Finishing & Packing

The final stage is to iron all production products to remove wrinkles in the fabric. All final production products from CV Harapan Sukses Bersama are products that have passed various stages of inspection with the aim of minimizing defects and damage to the product.

Once the entire production and inspection process has been completed, each product then goes through a scanning process using a Garment Needle Detector machine, which detects any sharp metal objects hidden in the production.

After that, the final products are packed, protected, and covered in plastic for storage and distribution. The packaging process also serves to prepare the goods for protection, durability during transportation, and final use. After that, the product can be shipped and used by the client.
